* 8 hour event * Up to 100 guests * Tables and Chairs * Bartender to serve your drinks * Sound and Light show service for a DJ * Custom lighting for the ceremony * Private changing room. * Kitchen available for prepping food. (No cooking) * Add additional set up time (Optional) * TV and Props (Optional) At the Venue we are very flexible and will work with you to make your event a great experience. Call us to customize this event. The doors open one hour before your event start time and close one half hour after your event end time. Call us to schedule a tour of the Venue and for booking information. If you book online, you will need to come in within one week to sign the contract. You will be contacted by phone or email to make an appointment. Thank you.
Cancellation Policy
By purchasing a booking package for an event at The Venue at Procool, Inc. you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation agreement. At the Venue, we understand plans can change so we offer a cancellation option. If the purchaser cancels a booking 90 days or more before the event the purchaser will receive a refund. A cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total booking price. In addition to the cancellation fee, any expenses incurred by the The Venue at Procool Inc. related to your event, such as reservations we make, materials we purchase, service help contracted etc. will also be deducted from the refund amount. If the purchaser cancels less than 90 days prior to the event the deposit is not refundable. Contact us if you have any questions.
